Because of the mistakes of a staff member, everyone was reset back to level 3... you guys don't carry back-ups or something???? thats just ridiculous... and most definitely aggravating...

money yes, skills... not so much _-_ some of the stats are rather hard to gain and take forever, such as smithing, crafting, and cooking.
